WOMEN GOLFERS

Ladies:

Let's be honest. We need all the help we can get when it comes to golf. There's a reason we have our very own tees, right? Most of us can't drive the ball as far as we'd like and many of us play inconsistently round to round in both our long and short games. We lack muscular strength and we lack the endurance that seems to come naturally to many men. Yet we choose to focus on the latest golf equipment developed for women (and often the latest golf attire!) instead of what will really make a difference in our game--strengthening our bodies.

No, strengthening your body will NOT impair your game OR cause you to develop big and bulky muscles. On the contrary, your game can improve significantly. How many of you want to play a better game of golf?

Do you do Pilates? Or Yoga? Or Curves? Great! Any kind of strength is good! But when it comes to golf, do you understand the importance of training your body specifically to improve your game? Do you know how to go about developing your body's dynamic strength and power capabilities? How many of you are working with trainers who program isolated muscle strengthening exercises on machines instead of diagonal rotational movements that translate to significant athletic improvement on the golf course? How many of you work constantly with golf pros who never mention even once the need to train the body for strength and power to be a better stronger golfer?

There aren't many fitness resources or trainers that place a lot of importance on golf-specific strength and conditioning specifically for women. I do. I have made it my mission to help women golfers play to their full potential by focusing on that often neglected piece of golfing equipment-the body-in a way that makes all the difference. Regardless of whether you are an eighty or eighteen year old woman, you can be a more powerful golfer through functional, dynamic conditioning. You can empower yourself by strengthening your body in the sport you love!

If you are serious about playing to your full potential, I invite you to contact me. I can help.
