OUR METHODOLOGY
Natural Golf is based on the single plane swing philosophy that requires little in the way of movement from the lower body. While this may indicate to the average individual that little or no work be done below the waist in regards to strength work, actually the opposite is true. In order for the upper body to be able to follow the precise pathway to a successful swing plane, we need to develop strength, flexibility, power, and health in the lower extremities.

Our strength program for Natural Golf accomplishes just that. While supporting the all-important pathways of the single plane swing in the upper body, we have developed movements for the lower body that will stabilize and strengthen the lower body. With the lower body balanced, flexible, and strong, we will be able to take advantage of the some of the key elements of our upper torso strength regimen. The added strength, flexibility, and balance will allow the upper body power to be directed in this precise pathway, thus yielding to longer more productive shots.
